We ship inside the United States for free. We will ship what we deem as the best way. Most likely, it will be U.S. Postal Service.
We currently are not shipping outside the United States. When we do ship International, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not ship to countries where the shipping is unreliable. This is based on shipments being lost.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost (free inside the USA)
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping Disclaimer. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact us if you are not happy…we are here to help and love our customers.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
